Darul Quran
As-salaam ‘alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu
Dear Parent:
Thank you for expressing an interest in our Dar al Quran provision for children. Our programme is designed to teach children how to recite the Quran with correct pronunciation. Our teachers have many years’ teaching experience and they are also DBS cleared to work with children unsupervised.
To enroll your child(ren) on to our Dar al Quran provision you must ensure the following:
- They are minimum 6 years old
- You complete a registration form
- You pay the required fees before they start.
Timetable

| 2 | Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs | 5:00 – 6:30pm |
All parents must choose either option 1 or 2 so in total your child will attend the masjid three days a week. On Friday’s there will lessons in Islamic studies, du’a memorisation, explanation of short surah’s and activities such as Islamic quiz and games.
Fees
Monthly fees per child are £28.00 and they must be paid in the first week of every month. In addition, there is a £10.00 registration fee per child which must be paid before they can start.
Course Books
To teach your child tajweed we will be using the Iqra books which is a set of 6 books. You can buy them from any Islamic bookstore or directly from us. They cost an additional £12.00 per set.
